WEEK #4 FANTASY FOOTBALL QUESTIONS

Question:

Ronnie, who should I start, Priest Holmes (KC) or Stephan Jackson (STL)? Both are playing very good run defenses in Philly and the NY Giants respectively. Also which defense to play, Pats or NY Giants. I am leaning toward Priest and the Pats D.

Response:

Priest Holmes even at this point in his career(with injury history and with Larry Johnson splitting carries) is still a good start each week.
Steven Jackson is listed as questionable this week. He's normally a good start but wait until he shows that the rib injury isn't a hinderance. He'll probably play but start Priest Holmes.

Neither defense has a good matchup. both offenses they play have great potential to
score. With the injuries mounting up for the New England Patriots, i would play the
N.Y.Giants, who at this time is one of the better fantasy football defenses scoring wise.

Question:

Ronnie, Who should I start at WR?Clayton, TB - vs DET, Fitzgerald, AZ - vs SF, Porter,
OAK - vs DAL Glenn, DAL - vs OAK Also, when is KC's bye? Thanks,Bryan

Response:

Kansas City's bye week is week #5.

All your matchups are good. Glenn is very hot and appears to be Bledsoe's favorite target. Fitzgerald has had a nice start to the year but now has Josh McCown throwing to him after the
injury to Kurt Warner.
Clayton's stats are not what i anticipated - appears Griese's main target is Joey Galloway.
Jerry Porter has not lived up to expectations, especially with most of the attention being brought to Randy Moss.

I would select Terry Glenn. He's rated in the top ten of all receivers. He might not be there at the end of the year but ride him until he proves you otherwise.

Sincerely, Ronnie Keesee
